Where's He Been?
Well I just plain forgot to do the newsletter stuff for the last couple of months. The deadlines passed me by. No matter I'm sure you never missed the old git and his moans. Come to think of it ...when is the deadline for stuff.
April Meeting
A warmer than average April night brought a gaggle of bikes to the meeting with no less than 13 HDs gracing the car park of the Red Garth. (Hmmm what is the collect term for a group of Harleys....?I suggest a ROAR of Harleys!)
Around 30 people this month and new faces are sneaking in all the time to bolster the "old hands". I'm sure we could have even more if we start to get word of the meetings around a bit more. Much excitement about the fine weather had us all exchanging ideas and plans for rides and trips and I'll use this item to go through few a bit later.
Dunedin Harley-Davidson
Come on guys ...communicate. Another month has come and gone and no sign of a shop in Aberdeen. Some information has been dug out from my chats with people at the main branch but an official statement on what,where and even if would be nice so we can get the real picture rather than rumour.

And Finally
Just a minor moan, I saved £38 in my local dealer yesterday, I had the parts on the counter and money in my hand but the people going around didn't seem to want to take it off me. After 5 or 6 minutes I put them back and left. I'm sure its a hiccough as I've had good service any other time I've been. Meanwhile the urge has left me and I know see I can do without the new shiny parts.
